This modern and edgy home renovation, recently completed in September 2021, was a wonderful collaboration between the homeowners and our design team. Not afraid to push the boundaries, these clients were willing to incorporate a mixture of color and earthy materials. 

We first removed the wall between the existing kitchen and dining room, creating a larger and more open floor plan. We converted the existing living room to the main dining room/hearth room, with eclectic lighting and furniture details. The mudroom floor hexagon tile transitions into this space organically, blending into the light oak wood flooring.

The result is a new family home that is contemporary and sophisticated, while creating inviting spaces throughout!
