This carriage house renovation was a labor of love for our clients. Attached to the main house, an 1875 Greek Revival, the downtown Ann Arbor property is a perfect setting for a weekend getaway or for more long-term guests. Each wood beam was hand-scrubbed and washed to bring back its original charm. Exposed brick provides a warm setting against the reclaimed wood floors. This special gem has won the hearts of many, including us!
